利用規約
Terms of Use
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、 Dolphin Japaneseが提供するKanji Mapその他関連サービス （以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスをご利用いただく場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条 本サービスについて
本サービスは、日本語および漢字の理解・学習を支援することを目的とした デジタルサービスです。
本サービスには、無料で利用できる機能および 有料で利用できるKanji Map Pro等の機能が含まれる場合があります。
第2条 利用条件
利用者は、本規約および適用される法令を遵守して 本サービスを利用するものとします。
未成年者が有料サービスを購入する場合は、 必要に応じて親権者その他の法定代理人の同意を得た上で 利用するものとします。
第3条 Kanji Map Pro
Kanji Map Proは、所定の料金を支払うことにより利用できる 有料サービスです。
購入者には、原則として購入者ごとの個別Proアクセスコードが発行されます。 利用者は、当該コードをKanji Map上で入力することにより、 Pro機能を利用できます。
Proアクセスコードは購入者本人の利用を目的として発行されるものであり、 第三者への譲渡、販売、貸与または不正な共有を行ってはなりません。
第4条 Proアクセスコードの管理
利用者は、自らの責任においてProアクセスコードを適切に管理するものとします。
Proアクセスコードの紛失その他の場合には、 本サービスが提供する確認・再取得その他のセルフサービス機能を 利用できる場合があります。
不正利用、第三者への共有その他本規約に違反する利用が確認された場合、 当該Proアクセスコードを無効化し、またはPro機能の利用を制限することがあります。
第5条 料金および支払い
有料サービスの料金は、購入時に表示される価格によります。
支払いは、当サービスが指定する決済方法により行うものとします。 クレジットカード決済にはStripeを利用します。
決済に関する条件については、 購入画面および「特定商取引法に基づく表記」もあわせてご確認ください。
第6条 キャンセル・返金
デジタルサービスの性質上、利用開始後のお客様都合による キャンセル・返金は、原則としてお受けしておりません。
ただし、当方の責めに帰すべき事由によりサービスを利用できない場合、 その他法令上返金その他の対応が必要となる場合は、この限りではありません。
第7条 禁止事項
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- Proアクセスコードを不正に取得、使用、譲渡、販売、貸与または共有する行為
- 本サービスへの不正アクセスまたはその試み
- 本サービスのシステム、プログラムまたはデータを不正に解析、改変または妨害する行為
- 本サービスまたはそのコンテンツを無断で複製、転載、販売または再配布する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 他の利用者または第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
- その他、当サービスが不適切と合理的に判断する行為
第8条 知的財産権
本サービスに含まれる文章、画像、デザイン、構成、 データ、教材、プログラム、Kanji Mapの仕組みその他のコンテンツに関する 著作権その他の知的財産権は、 当サービスまたは正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
本サービスの利用は、利用者に対してこれらの知的財産権を 譲渡するものではありません。
第9条 サービス内容の変更・更新
当サービスは、品質向上、機能改善、セキュリティ、 技術上または運営上の必要性その他の理由により、 本サービスの内容、機能、仕様または提供方法を変更・更新することがあります。
無料機能および有料機能の内容についても、 合理的な範囲で変更される場合があります。
第10条 サービスの停止・終了
システム保守、障害、セキュリティ上の問題、 天災その他やむを得ない事情がある場合、 本サービスの全部または一部を一時的に停止することがあります。
また、事業上その他合理的な理由により、 本サービスの全部または一部の提供を終了する場合があります。
重要な変更または終了については、 可能な範囲で本サイト上その他適切な方法によりお知らせします。
第11条 保証および免責
当サービスは、本サービスの品質および安定した提供のため 合理的な努力を行いますが、 本サービスが常に中断なく利用できること、 またはすべての端末・ブラウザ等で完全に動作することを 保証するものではありません。
また、本サービスは日本語・漢字の理解や学習を支援するものであり、 特定の学習成果、試験結果、資格取得その他の成果を保証するものではありません。
法令上認められる範囲において、 本サービスの利用または利用不能によって生じた損害について、 当サービスは責任を負わないものとします。
第12条 利用制限
利用者が本規約に違反した場合、 不正利用が確認された場合、 または本サービスの安全な運営に重大な支障を及ぼす場合には、 必要な範囲で本サービスまたはPro機能の利用を制限することがあります。
第13条 プライバシー
利用者の個人情報その他の情報の取扱いについては、 当サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
第14条 本規約の変更
当サービスは、法令の変更、サービス内容の変更その他必要に応じて、 本規約を変更することがあります。
重要な変更がある場合は、 本サイト上その他適切な方法によりお知らせします。
第15条 準拠法および管轄
本規約および本サービスに関する事項には、 日本法を準拠法とします。
本サービスに関連して紛争が生じた場合には、 日本の法令に従い、適切な裁判所を管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of Kanji Map and related services provided by Dolphin Japanese (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Service
The Service is a digital service designed to support the understanding and learning of Japanese and kanji.
The Service may include features available free of charge as well as paid features such as Kanji Map Pro.
2. Conditions of Use
Users must use the Service in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If a minor purchases a paid service, the consent of a parent or legal guardian must be obtained where required.
3. Kanji Map Pro
Kanji Map Pro is a paid service available upon payment of the applicable purchase price.
In principle, each purchaser will receive an individual Pro access code. Pro features can be activated by entering the code in Kanji Map.
A Pro access code is issued for use by the purchaser and may not be transferred, sold, lent, or improperly shared with another person.
4. Management of Pro Access Codes
Users are responsible for appropriately managing their Pro access codes.
If a Pro access code is lost or otherwise unavailable, users may be able to use self-service retrieval, recovery, or other functions provided by the Service.
If unauthorized use, improper sharing, or another violation of these Terms is detected, we may invalidate the relevant Pro access code or restrict access to Pro features.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for paid services are the prices displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment must be made using a payment method specified by the Service. Credit card payments are processed through Stripe.
Additional payment and transaction information is provided on the purchase page and in our Legal Notice under Japan’s Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, cancellations and refunds requested for the user’s own reasons after the service has been activated are generally not accepted.
This does not apply where the Service cannot be used due to circumstances attributable to us, or where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Violate applicable law or public order
- Improperly obtain, use, transfer, sell, lend, or share a Pro access code
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
- Improperly analyze, modify, interfere with, or disrupt the Service, its systems, programs, or data
- Copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, or republish Service content without authorization
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Infringe the rights or interests of another user or third party
- Engage in other conduct that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate
8. Intellectual Property
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to text, images, designs, structures, data, educational materials, software, the Kanji Map system, and other content included in the Service belong to us or their respective lawful owners.
Use of the Service does not transfer any such intellectual property rights to users.
9. Changes and Updates to the Service
We may change or update the content, functions, specifications, or method of providing the Service for quality improvement, functionality, security, technical, operational, or other reasonable reasons.
Free and paid features may also be changed within a reasonable scope.
10. Suspension or Discontinuation
We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for system maintenance, technical failures, security issues, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
We may also discontinue all or part of the Service for business or other reasonable reasons.
Where reasonably possible, material changes or discontinuation will be announced on this website or by another appropriate method.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide a stable and high-quality Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect operation on every device or browser.
The Service is intended to support the understanding and learning of Japanese and kanji. We do not guarantee any particular learning result, examination result, qualification, or other outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
12. Restriction of Use
If a user violates these Terms, engages in unauthorized use, or materially threatens the secure operation of the Service, we may restrict access to the Service or Pro features to the extent reasonably necessary.
13. Privacy
Personal information and other user information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when necessary due to changes in applicable law, the Service, or our operations.
Material changes will be announced on this website or by another appropriate method.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and matters relating to the Service are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute relating to the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court in accordance with Japanese law.
